EASY RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are in any way unsatisfied with your new scarf, we will gladly exchange or refund in original tender, new merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date.

Please contact support@fraanklin.com and we will provide you with a return address. The item must be sent back to us within 30 days of the shipping date using any trackable method, at your expense. After this time, unfortunately no exchanges or refunds will be processed. Be sure to include receipt or proof of purchase with the item. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, exchanges and refunds will only be processed for items sent to the provided return address. 

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the original tender used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the details of your return. In order for items to be approved for a refund, they must be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact.

Can I return/exchange sale or discounted items?
Sale and discounted items are considered FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, no exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.

What if the refund amount is incorrect or I haven’t received my refund?
Remember that payments to your credit card depend on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund, first check with your credit card company and bank.
If you’ve checked with your bank and/or credit card company and you still have not received your refund, or have received an incorrect refund amount, please contact us at support@fraanklin.com and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

FRAANKLIN.com reserves the right to reject returns sent beyond the return period limit, and/or items which are not in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer.
